Enjoy a soothing cup of rose tea while you set your intentions for the day ahead
🪶 11AM – Receive Hapé
Experience the healing properties of Hapé – a traditional medicinal and spiritual snuff prepared from a blend of ground prayed tobacco and other botanical ingredients, including leaves, seeds, flowers, from the indigenous tribes of the Amazon it’s used for spiritual cleansing, improving focus, and enhancing clarity, helps to realign energy fields and detoxify the body.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, promoting relaxation and inner harmony

Create a safe space to share your experiences and insights with the group, fostering a sense of community

Conclude our day with a meaningful closing ceremony, and receive a special goodie bag to carry the retreat’s essence with you.

Doors will be closed 10 minutes after the session starts to avoid interruption.
Breathwork can be intensely transformative. However, may not be suitable for :

- Epilepsy

- Osteoporosis
- Retinal detachment, glaucoma
- Recent surgery or injuries (full recovery required)
