NEW MOON CACAO CEREMONY: Journey to the Heart

Join Molly at Bali Breathwork for a magical night of lunar ritual, reflection, and empowerment as we honour the ebb and flow of the moon.

We offer our moon circles as a way to empower and awaken ourselves and to form deep connections with the cycles of nature. This supports us to go deeper into the work of rewilding and reclamation, where we can begin to transmute and process our experiences on a somatic, and soul level.

WHAT TO EXPECT

ARRIVAL

You will be greeted with a seasonal smoke cleanse (and optional hugs!) to clear any unwanted energy to leave you feeling relaxed and present.

OPENING CIRCLE with CEREMONIAL CACAO

We will open our circle with supportive sharing and drinking a warming and heart-opening elixir of ceremonial cacao infused with seasonal herbs and spices. Ceremonial Cacao opens our hearts to receive a higher frequency – that of unconditional love and compassion. She gently guides us towards a more conscious and connected experience, through the softness of the embodied feminine presence and the portal of the heart.

EMBODIMENT PRACTICES

Through our warmed hearts we will weave with somatic practices designed to guide you back to the body and activate your heart’s inner fire.

HEART SONGS

Sing through your soul, sing with the voice of love. Drop into deep awareness and witness the medicine of your own pure resonance. You will be guided to explore a selection of beautiful mantras and intentional heart-songs from around the world to awaken the energy of unified love.

SOUND HEALING

You will be invited to rest your body upon the earth as you are serenaded by the sweet and soulful sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and voice.

SHARING & DEPARTURE

We will close with reflective community sharing and the opportunity to enquire deeper into the heart.
