Qigong & Meditation
You will start the session with a seated meditation to arrive and settle, before moving into standing qigong forms which are beautifully slow flowing, mindful and embodied.
As well having many physical benefits rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, from improving mobility and circulation to soothing the nervous system, qigong is a deeply restorative practice that will help you to come into a closer relationship with your body and self.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Emma Tian Williamson
Emma is a qigong, mindfulness and yoga teacher with a focus on mind and body awareness. She grew up practicing qigong with her mother, and instantly connected with its calming, meditative movements. Her classes weave in spiritual philosophy, somatic practices and elements of breathwork to help you to find your sense of flow while tuning into your experience and energy.
