What is a men’s circle?
It’s a carefully facilitated sharing space, with the shared intention of peer-support and emotional development.
We have strict agreements for the space; like sobriety, confidentiality and non-judgement; to create a decent container to work together.You will have time to talk, be heard, and gain feedback (if you want it). It’s your opportunity to share what’s going on in your life, without interruption, about anything: emotions, relationships, family, work, sex, money, masculinity – everything is welcome.
In circles, we support and challenge each other to mature as men.
Pasco is the Founder and Director of Men’s Circle; The Men’s Peer Development Club. With a history in ecology, photojournalism and social entrepreneurship, Pasco has always been interested in how to create scalable positive impact. Realising, through his own personal journey, that global change starts with the individual, and hearing the calls of the #metoo movement for men to do and be better, Pasco started his first circle to take a look at himself first. Here, with his London mates, he experienced first-hand the power and potency of peer-mentoring spaces. Pasco now runs the biggest network of men’s circles, and invites other men to step up, sort their sh*t out and actively work on themselves. Men anywhere can join, train to become Facilitators and continue to bring these spaces into the mainstream.
